Windows XP/Vista/7:

  • Hold the Win and X keys together on the computer’s keyboard.
  • Select the Command Prompt (Admin) option.

  • Type ‘CHKDSK’ without the single quotes and press the Enter key on the keyboard.
  • This will check any disk error. Once done, the result will be displayed on the screen.
  • If you see any Quick heal update error, enter ‘CHKDSK/F/R’ without quotes and press the Y letter on the keyboard.
  • Restart the Windows computer.

Step 3

  • Hold the Win and R keys together to launch the Run dialog box.
  • Type the ‘quickup.exe/rollback’ without the single quotes and click the OK option.
