Disabling Quick Heal Antivirus Software:

  • Connect your computer to a reliable power supply and turn it on.
  • Open the Quick Heal Total Security antivirus software.
  • From the home screen, click on Files & Folders.
  • Now you need to disable the virus protection option by tapping the slider.
  • It will ask you for the time duration; if you want to disable the virus protection temporarily, then select any one of the following options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or till the next reboot.
  • Once you have selected the appropriate duration, click OK.
  • After the time duration, the virus protection will be activated on your system.
  • If you want to disable the virus protection permanently, you can select the permanently disable option and click OK to confirm the same.
  • Another thing you need to do is, disabling the Scan settings.
  • Inside the Files & Folders option, you will see the Scan settings. Click on it.
  • You will find that the Automatic and Repair options are selected by default.
  • You need to choose the Skip option and click on Save Changes.
  • By now, your Quick Heal antivirus software is disabled successfully.

Alternate Way Of Disabling The Antivirus Program:

You can also disable the antivirus by following the below simple steps.

  • Go to the taskbar, and you will see the Q icon (Quick Heal icon).
  • Right-click on it and select Disable Virus protection.
  • Once you successfully disable the antivirus software, you can easily uninstall the antivirus program from your PC.
