Set Up Norton Security Deluxe
- On your PC, remove any previously installed antivirus software, including the built-in security apps (Windows Defender).
- Close all the programs running on your PC and open the default browser.
- Go to the official Norton site and enter your Norton email address and password in the required fields.
- Click the Sign In button to navigate to the Norton interface.
- If you do not have a Norton account, create a new account.
- On the next page, click the Download Norton button near the Norton Security Deluxe software.
- Select either Install on this device or Install on another device based on your wish.
- Click the Agree & Download button to download the Norton product on your device.
- After downloading the Norton Security Deluxe software, go to the Downloads folder.
- Give a right-click on the downloaded file and select the Run option to start installing the product.
- If you have purchased the Norton product from the store, insert the setup CD into the CD drive of your computer and begin the installation process.
- If the User Account Control (UAC) dialog box appears, click the Yes button.
- Finish the installation process by following the on-screen prompts.
- Once you have completed the installation, launch the Norton antivirus software and activate the product using the product key.
- You can identify your product key from the Norton window itself.
- Click the Help button at the top-right corner of the window and select My Norton.
- Go to the Subscription tab and choose the Norton Security Deluxe software.
- Note down the product key and use it to activate the Norton product.
